Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Product preference
  • Ordering the wrong item

Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence of the problem

After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Refund

Resolutions are provided at our discretion based on the circumstances.

Defective items generally do not need to be returned.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer
  • Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Normal variations in print placement, alignment, or color inherent to the printing process
  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders that are returned, abandoned, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds.

Because items are made to order and cannot be reused or restocked, a new order must be placed at the customer’s expense if delivery fails due to address errors.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
